Ethiopia Yirga Cheffe

I have been purchasing Notorious Coffee for nearly 10 years. Although I have tried many blends and flavors and they have all been good, my favorite has been Ethiopian Yerga Cheffe. I still from time to time switch it up because the different blends and flavors are fun and delicious to try and Notorious always delivers a quality product.

A bit of an update, but the medium roast remains quite nice. I do like it.

I'm happy I found Notorious. The Yirga Cheffe is great. I love the dark roast, buy New Orleans blend is good too. I also tried the Yirga in city roast, also good and the difference from dark is notable..flavors I didn't know were there just pop out after having had the dark. But the dark is go-to, have also tried Colombian Mesa de Santos city roast which was good. I do whole bean, and large bags bring price in line with everyday grocery store coffees but a much better cup. I do local pickup.

One of my favorites and my go-to for the past few years. It also makes an excellent cold brew.

My friend turned me on to Notorious coffee when he moved to Washington from North Carolina. I am obsessed and will continue to purchase.
