When will my coffee ship?
We roast coffee to order and typically ship within 1–2 business days after roasting.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.

How fresh is the coffee?
All of our coffee is roasted to order in small batches.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. You can place an order online and select pickup at one of the WNC tailgate markets we attend. Visit our Tailgate Markets & Events page for details.

When is coffee at its best after roasting?
Most coffee tastes best 3–10 days after roasting, once it has had a little time to degas. Because we roast to order, your coffee arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe and receive your favorite coffee automatically. Choose delivery intervals such as bi-weekly, monthly, or every two months.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right, please contact us at sales@notoriouscoffee.com with your order number and details.
